We usually ship most products in less than one week of receiving your payment. Some items may take between 4 to 8 weeks to be delivered. As soon as your items are shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
We do check each and every item prior to shipping. There are those rare times that damages can happen during the shipping process. When your order arrives, make sure you thoroughly inspect it before accepting the order. If you should find any damage, please document it prior to the delivery service leaving and before signing for the order.

Returns and Cancellations
Any damage to your order must be made aware of; to the company in less than 24 hours upon delivery. The customer must photograph any damage or the return policy is voided. Shipping fees are not refundable and any costs for returning the order are the responsibility of the customer. Any exchanges are for the exact same product and refunds will not be given.
There will be a restocking or service charge of 5% of your order amount, due to the buyer canceling an order.
